The sample dinner menu includes some of The Weir’s signature dishes, such as their pan-fried duck breast and Chateaubriand served on a hot stone as well as others including chicken liver parfait with a sweet onion marmalade and melba toast, crayfish, crab and chili tagliatelle and a risotto with wild mushroom, sweet black garlic, rocket and parmesan. The frequently changing menu ensures that only fresh seasonal produce is used and we work closely with our suppliers to offer customers the best quality at the keenest prices.
